We DO NOT store your credit card number or other information on our servers. All credit card information is forwarded in an encrypted format to our credit card processor at the time of your order. After the order is complete, the information provided is no longer available on our servers. The information provided to us will be used only by Above the Grain to provide the requested products and/or services. We may use this information to personalize our website and how we communicate with you. We also use the information you provide us to help enforce our terms and conditions, to prevent fraud, and to keep our website safe.

Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Order Changes
Requested before the Weekly Order Deadline (Monday, 9 days prior to the delivery date)
Order change requests must be made in writing prior to the Weekly Order Deadline without penalty, by emailing your request to email@example.com. Any refund amounts if any of such order cancellation or changes will be credited to your Above the Grain account to be used for future purchases. If making your requests in time there should be no credit amount therefor your card will not get charged for that week and meals will not be delivered. All meal plans are a 4 week minimum commitment unless you select the 2 week trial then the 4 week minimum starts after that is complete and you do not cancel service. You must cancel in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requested after the Weekly Order Deadline (Monday, 9 days prior to the delivery date)
Order change requests such as pausing your service for a vacation must be made in writing prior to the Weekly Order Deadline without penalty, by emailing your request to email@example.com. As we purchase and prepare your food specifically for your customized order, any cancellation or order change requests made after the Weekly Order Deadline prior to your meals being delivered makes you still responsible for payment and allows you to choose to either take the meals or just pay for them. This is not flexible due to the large amount of custom food cost involved and time involved to prepare specialized meals.
****We cannot guarantee accommodation with any order change requests made after the Weekly Order Deadline. We cannot accommodate any cancellations or order change requests after your meals have been prepared. Text messages, voice mails, etc will not be accepted as form of contact you must email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, phone number and what date starting on a Tuesday you will need to pause your account and what date you will be returning. Once you get a response that your request has been received then you are confirmed but not before then. If you do not receive an email back in a timely fashion please call to verify we received it.
