Above the Grain serves Paleo meals which are gluten, dairy, soy, legume, antibiotic and hormone free. Each individual meal includes one portion of 4-6 ounces of meat and one vegetable side. Large meal portions are also available which will include one portion of 7-9 ounces of meat with one vegetable side.
